Happy post Memorial Day and a mighty thank you to all who serve in any military…Isis excluded.
This week I’m just finishing my stint on the Norwegian Getaway and I’m talking to dueling pianist Orin Sands. Orin and I first met each other waaaay back in 1997 when we both worked in Miami; him at the Howl at the Moon and me at the neighboring Improv Comedy Club. Haven’t seen him in 15 years so it was very cool to hang out again.
We chat about his beginnings with Howl, a couple of times he opened for some big names and his working in Holland…including a scary moment with immigration.
